Shared cargo bikes is the smart solution. We therefore develop and operate shared cargo bike solutions for municipalities and properties.

Vi levererar en komplett tjänst för att lösa två utmaningar – ta bort trösklar för att underlätta tillgång till lådcyklar och skapa konkreta incitament till beteendeförändring och därmed locka fler användare.
Våra användare kan förboka eller spontanboka en lådcykel vid behov. De bokas och betalas på timbasis. Vem som kan boka lådcyklarna beror på om de delas via en publik eller privat lådcykelpool.
Om delningstjänsten riktar sig till en kommuns invånare så är det en publik pool. Om den till exempel riktar sig till de boende i ett specifikt lägenhetshus eller ett företags anställda handlar det om en privat pool.

Public shared cargo bikes

Aimed at residents of a municipality or city district. Open to anyone to book via the app. Perfect for municipalities that want to offer sustainable mobility as a complement to public transport.

Private shared cargo bikes

Targeted at a specific group – for example, residents of an apartment building, employees of a company or guests of a hotel. Access is controlled via invitation and controlled registration.

Easy for the user – step by step

To ensure that as many people as possible see the value in using shared cargo bike services, we make it as smooth and intuitive as possible. Here’s the journey from beginner to cargo bike enthusiast:

Download the app

Scan the QR code on the cargo bike’s box or get the link via email invitation and download the app.

Register

Identify yourself securely via BankID and add your payment method – it only takes a few minutes.

Book the cargo bike

Choose to spontaneously book directly or pre-book a suitable occasion. Booking and payment are made on an hourly basis.

Unlock & Drive

Unlock the cargo bike via the app and get going. You can lock it temporarily when stopping during the booking period.

Leave it back

Return the bike to the pick-up location, lock it via the app and complete the booking. Done!

FAQ

Are the cargo bikes included in your solution or should the party ordering the service purchase the bikes themselves?
We can offer both options, but regardless of the arrangement, we are very keen to help you choose the right models.

No. The important thing is that the number of bikes is selected in relation to the estimated number of users. For a cargo bike pool to maintain high quality, users must have access to a free box bike as often as possible. If the number of bikes is too low, there is a risk that many people will lose interest if they notice that the box bikes are rarely available for booking.

The insurance responsability depends on who actually owns the box bikes. If you purchase them yourself, we will help you choose the right insurance.
